When the battery operating time of your Tentacle Sinc E, both mk1 and mk2 versions, is drastically reduced compared to the 35 operating hours that the manufacturer declares, then it means that it is time to replace the battery.
The indicated price includes both the kit and the labor for replacing the rechargeable battery to be carried out in our laboratory.
In photo 2/2 you can see a clearly inflated battery and therefore to be replaced.
If you do not have the right experience in dealing with potentially dangerous objects such as lithium batteries, we strongly advise against replacing the battery on your own, but to rely on expert and equipped people.
